Find your Flow. This flexibility and mobility focused yoga practice will be inspired by the element of water. We will start with mindfulness meditation where we will tap into the emotional body as well. Then, we will gradually work on increasing the range of motion throughout the entire body using smart techniques that will make the body not only more open and flexible, but also stronger. You can expect visiting poses like the splits and compass, as well as heart opening asanas such as camel, or wheel.
